What?
A consultation is the time we spend with a client.
Our consultations typically last two hours and take place every week. The first four are for set-up: We put the essential framework in place to make clients effective, forming the basis for all our later consultations. Here, our deep dive into the client’s profile and performance allows us to re-orientate their priorities and direct their tasks. Starting with our powerful Schedule Planner, we give clients some of our proprietary tools to create a robust structure and get them organised.
We then begin our weekly consultations. These are at the heart of what transitions clients from success in adolescence to thriving in adulthood. Here, we tailor and deliver our Key Services and Gateway Services based on our expert assessment. One of our core beliefs is that there’s a fire burning for young people: the Golden Decade. Our consultations reflect this as we stimulate the client with new material at a pace that drives agile development, really making the most of this precious time.
Between Consultations
Between weekly consultations, we often check-in with clients to see how things are going and share material relevant to their development and interests. Technology makes communication simple and we remain connected with clients. There are times they are in touch on a daily basis as important deadlines approach, for example. Here, we always adapt to their needs and it’s quite common for frequent messages to be exchanged as the relationship develops its own tempo.
Where?
Where possible, client consultations take place in person at our Wimbledon Village office in London. Here we have hi-tech facilities to work and we also have relaxed seating to make clients feel comfortable. It’s safe, secure and private with parking and good transport links.
We sometimes offer clients the opportunity of meeting at our corporate offices in Paddington. We use this setting when introducing and familiarising young people with a professional environment.
Whether clients require remote consultations or wish to be seen in person, we’re flexible and can make it work. We use several video meeting platforms to meet and collaborate with clients, including zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype etc.
Pricing
Our weekly consultations start at £200 per hour and our start-up consultations start at £300 per hour. Concessions are made for families referred by existing client families.
